  • Healthy aging resources for a healthier, happier, more confident you

Here at Healthy Aging Resources we aim to provide you with the latest information to help you become responsible for your own health and well-being, and to provide you with natural anti aging tips and strategies so that you can live life to the full and stay young longer.

What is happening in your life right now? Every woman is faced with health problems at different times of our life. You may be caring for an aged parent, or young children or grandchildren, sick family members and still trying to juggle a job in there somewhere.

On top of that you may be going through menopause and finding that hard to cope with.

Whatever our situation, we somehow have to soldier on, even if we are feeling fatigued, stressed and susceptible to illness. You may find that poor nutrition, eating habits, no time for exercise, and busy lifestyle may have a direct impact on your state of health and wellbeing. You may also be sub-consciously hanging onto unreleased emotions that are causing blockages and pain.

I have learnt that adding nutritional supplements to a diet of healthy food has helped me to retain my energy and my sanity. I realize that taking nutritional supplements is only one of many things (read my Top Ten natural HealthyAging Strategies) we can do to help our body’s intelligent systems to stay well.

You can learn for yourself from my free eBook ‘Five Steps to Choosing Nutritional Supplements’.

My intention is to provide ‘Healthy Aging’ resources to baby boomer women who want to live life to the full and stay feeling younger longer without drugs, toxic chemicals, fillers and needles! If you are feeling fit, healthy and happy then you will feel younger. Looking and being healthy is more important than the latest anti-wrinkle cream and botox. How we feel contributes to how we look which is more important than trying to ‘look young’.

Wishing you a long, healthy and fulfilling life.
