What is happening in your life right now? Every woman is faced with health problems at different times of our life. You may be caring for an aged parent, or young children or grandchildren, sick family members and still trying to juggle a job in there somewhere.
On top of that you may be going through menopause and finding that hard to cope with.
Whatever our situation, we somehow have to soldier on, even if we are feeling fatigued, stressed and susceptible to illness. You may find that poor nutrition, eating habits, no time for exercise, and busy lifestyle may have a direct impact on your state of health and wellbeing. You may also be sub-consciously hanging onto unreleased emotions that are causing blockages and pain.
I have learnt that adding nutritional supplements to a diet of healthy food has helped me to retain my energy and my sanity.
